Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
CORE Athletics ("CORE") provides a limited warranty for its pickleball paddles for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use of the product.
2. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
It rarely happens, but if you're not fully satisfied with your paddle return it within 30 days for a full money back guarantee or product exchange. Email customercare@coreathletics.com to initiate a return. Product concerns outside of the 30 day money back guarantee window are eligible for replacement only under the 12 month warranty.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for warranty coverage, customers must:
- Purchase the paddle through CORE or an authorized retailer such as Amazon or TikTok
- Register the product within seven (7) days of receiving it
- Provide valid proof of purchase upon request
Failure to register the product within the required timeframe will void eligibility for warranty coverage.
4. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Structural defects that occur during normal gameplay
- Workmanship issues that impact paddle performance
5. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, fading, grip wear)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Damage resulting from accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
- Paddles used outside of their intended purpose
6. Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:
- Email customercare@coreathletics.com
- Include:
- Proof of purchase
- Product registration confirmation
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the defect
CORE reserves the right to request additional information or require the product to be returned for inspection.
6. Resolution
If a claim is approved, CORE will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with the same or comparable model
Replacement products do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
7. Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
CORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
8. Changes to Terms
CORE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
