Took over a month to receive my order. Because their customer service is email-only, getting resolution was a massive chore. It's inexcusable that a professional company should be so low-quality.
United StatesPoor quality and awful durability ball
I have been using Core puckle balls switched from X-40 since last year. It was impressive and durable last year at least more durable than X-40 while played identical to it. I recently purchased 200 core ball in late December 2023 and found Core balls revealed horrible quality and awful durability. Our average breaking rate within 1.5 hrs normal play for recent winter daily morning is 2 balls crush and the worst day is 6 balls breaking for unknown reason. This is insane and ridiculous quality drop for durability. I remembered the quality of Core balls lasted 4-6 days for a single ball during our normal winter season play while X-40 only lasted 1-2 days for a single ball with even higher price. Now the situation has completely reversed and become worse. It only tells Core ball factory in China had significantly decreased the quality of materials with cheap manufacturing process resulting horrible quality of products. If this situation continues, I believe Core balls will be out of markets soon.

I have enjoyed the original product, but I do not like these balls and will not purchase them again. I play in cold weather and these CORE balls have lasted well, but the new ball has an odd film on the ball. They are slippery. I will no longer be purchasing CORE balls.

My partner stepped on the ball ,we massaged the ball and poof it took it's shape back and we continued playing with it!!! Just don't leave the balls out in the cold in your car ,bring them in the house,and they will not crack!! USA PICKLEBALL AMBASSADOR Victor
